Dear Customer,

in order to guarantee optimal and fast transport conditions for our food products, we have selected the best carriers as a partners for our online sales.

We use the specific services for the online sector, by which we are able to deliver fresh products within the first business day following shipment, so as to reduce the waiting time of the food ordered.

This is the care and attention we pay in the logistics of our food products.

All our shipments are traceable: at the departure of goods, a communication with the tracking ID is sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer, so as to allow the tracking.

The delivery will take place at the address indicated by the Customer (IF PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE) without appointment and it is intended at street level. It is the responsibility of the Customer to arrange suitable equipment for the unloading of heavy packages, except for otherwise agreed with the Farm Baldaiassa.

In case of no pick up of shipment, for absence, the carrier will leave a notice:

  • for DHL services the Customer must agree on a new delivery date;
  • for UPS services, after the first delivery attempt, the package(s) will be deposited at the ACCESS POINT closest to the address indicated. The Customer will proceed to the collection autonomously within 10 days from the deposit date.

At the time of collection, the Customer is required to verify the integrity of the packages. In the event that they are tampered with or damaged, the words "subject to checks" must be put next to the signature.

Any problems, following the withdrawal and inherent physical integrity or completeness of the products received, must be promptly reported to the Farm Baldaiassa, with related photographic documentation, for the possible activation of the warranty conditions at the carrier and of the returned and/or replaced procedures.

The Farm Baldaiassa undertakes to promptly verify the responsibilities of this event and to replace at its own expense the damaged or missing product/s, together with possible return procedures, unless the Customer has exercised the Right to withdrawal. This option is exclusively applied to the Final Customer (without VAT number).

Shipping costs are shown in the final step of the purchase procedure, they include packaging, transport and delivery to the address indicated (IF PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE) and vary according to weight and delivery location.

Shipping costs do not include duties and/or any customs clearance costs unless expressly provided for.

  • NO DUTY AND SWISS VAT for purchases up to € 180,00 (products + shipping): according to the provisions of the Swiss Customs, no customs duties or value added taxes are levied if the corresponding amounts do not reach the 5 Swiss francs per declaration. Consignments of foodstuffs (with a VAT rate of 2,5%) are therefore exempt from tax for a purchase value of up to 200 Swiss francs, including transport costs, customs clearance, insurance, duties etc. www.ch.ch/en/customs/ordering-goods-from-abroad/. Below is an example of calculation: € 157,00 purchased products + € 23,00 shipping and customs clearance costs = € 180,00 = 193,55 Swiss Francs (considered conversion rate of 0,93) ---> VAT 2,5% Switzerland applied to foodstuffs = 4,84 Swiss Francs ---> AMOUNT NOT DUE. FOR SHIPMENTS WITH UPS, THE CARRIER WILL IN ANY CASE CHARGE THE CUSTOMER THE COSTS OF CALCULATING AND FORWARDING DUTIES AND VAT COST (ABOUT € 20,00 + VAT) / FOR SHIPMENTS WITH DHL EXPRESS, THE CARRIER DOES NOT CHARGE COSTS OF CALCULATING AND FORWARDING DUTIES AND VAT.In any case, please check the Conversion Rate before completing your purchase. If an order that determines the payment of Swiss DUTY and VAT is sent by mistake, it will be sufficient to send a cancellation request to the address ordini@baldaiassa.it.
  • FREE SHIPPING Italy* and DELIVERY at ACCESS POINT UPS for purchases with amounts equal to or greater than € 69.00 is valid up to the amount of € 99.99 and provides only and exclusively for the deposit of the package(s) at the ACCESS POINT closest to the delivery address indicated. The Customer will proceed to the collection autonomously within 10 days from the deposit date.
  • FREE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Italy* for purchases with amounts equal to or greater than € 100.00 provides for only one delivery attempt at the address indicated, in case of non-collection due to absence, the carrier will leave a notice and the package(s) i will be deposited at the ACCESS POINT closest to the delivery address indicated. The Customer will proceed to the collection autonomously within 10 days from the deposit date.
  • FREE SHIPPING UE** and DELIVERY at ACCESS POINT UPS for purchases with amounts equal to or greater than € 100.00 provides only and exclusively for the deposit of the package(s) at the ACCESS POINT closest to the delivery address indicated. The Customer will proceed to the collection autonomously within 10 days from the deposit date.

In all cases it is necessary that they are used as payment methods for the order: Paypal, Satispay, Bank Transfer. The offer is reserved exclusively for the Final Customer (without VAT number).

Any delays or impossibility of delivery due to local problems and/or impediments to the carrier will not be attributable to the Farm Baldaiassa, which in any case will start working on a delivery as promptly as possible.
