In order to guarantee optimal and fast transport conditions for our food products, we have selected the DHL carrier as a partner for our online sales.
We use the specific EXPRESS service for the food sector, by which we are able to deliver fresh products within the first business day following shipment (see areas where the service is not guaranteed), thus reducing the times of storing inside means of transport of the ordered food products.
This is the care and attention we pay in the logistics of our food products.
All our shipments are trackable: at the departure of goods, a communication with the tracking ID is sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer, so as to allow the tracking on the DHL site.
The delivery will take place without an appointment and it is intended on the street level. It is the responsibility of the Customer to arrange suitable equipment for the unloading of heavy packages, except for otherwise agreed with the Farm Baldaiassa.
In case of no pick up of shipment, for absence, the carrier will leave a notice; it will be therefore the Client's concern to agree on a new delivery date.
At the time of collection, the Customer is required to verify the integrity of the packages. In the event that they are tampered with or damaged, the words "subject to checks" must be put next to the signature.
Any problems, following the withdrawal and inherent physical integrity or completeness of the products received, must be promptly reported to the Farm Baldaiassa, with related photographic documentation, for the possible activation of the warranty conditions at the carrier and of the returned and/or replaced procedures.
The Farm Baldaiassa undertakes to promptly verify the responsibilities of this event and to replace at its own expense the damaged or missing product/s, together with possible return procedures, unless the Customer has exercised the Right to withdrawal. This option is exclusively applied to the Final Customer (without VAT number).
Shipment costs shown during the purchase process, are inclusive of packing and transport and they vary according to weight and place of delivery.
Any delays or impossibility of delivery due to local problems and/or impediments to the carrier will not be attributable to the Farm Baldaiassa, which in any case will start working on a delivery as promptly as possible.
