Molto profumata
La compro per fare dei biscotti con una ricetta di mia nonna, appena si apre la confezione il profumo di nocciole tostate è molto intenso, segno che il prodotto è molto fresco.
Buonissima e versatile
Ottima farina come del resto le nocciole dalla quale è prodotta, utilissima e semplice da utilizzare per la realizzazione di dolci o anche solo per ingolosire qualche piatto.
